It's showtime and Cheetah Marine will be afloat at The Southampton International Boatshow and La Rochelle over the coming weeks.

For the last 15 years, Cheetah has had a growing presence at Southampton. Still sponsored by Honda on the water, Cheetah are also branching out onto the land and will be exhibiting in the Ocean Hall.

On the Water: HONDA PONTOON M510 & M512

Exhibiting the latest Cheetah, Wight Horses 10.2m x 3.7m

Launched just 3 days before the start of the show, Wight Horses is a custom built power catamaran for all out leisure, fishing and cruising.

The catamaran features a weekend style set up with galley, berth and deck shower. A new style dive platform accommodates a Honda dingy for accessing or exploring the shore when anchored. This model is available from 9.2 - 11.2m and has been favoured by charter skippers whose requirement is to carry more passengers and load at high speeds in rough conditions. It is also the largest, meanest and most capable of the Cheetah Series, easily outperforming any similar sized monohull in the roughest of conditions.

Last Dollar, launched in May features a similar set up to Wight Horses. Measuring in at 9m, this versatile series still provides excellent weight carrying capabilities whilst maintaining good cruising speeds and excellent fuel consumption with smaller outboard engines. During sea trials, Last Dollar achieved 22 knots at just over two litres per mile.

Outhill Products

The well-known range of boat hardware formerly known as Outhill Products are now being produced by Cheetah Marine at their workshops in Ventnor. The products have been used by Cheetah Marine for many years before acquisition of the moulds in 2014.

The range offers one of the most extensive range of rib seating, jockey seats, steering consoles, deck lockers and accessories available in Europe, with a wide selection available to view on the stand and on the catamarans themselves.

As well as complimenting Cheetah's bespoke range of catamarans, Outhill products are used by boat builders across Europe including BHG, Ribeye, Ribwest and Zeppelin.
