Cheetah at Seawork 16
Its show season once again. Seawork International, the largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition has relocated to the prestigious Mayflower Park, on the docks at Southampton.
Cheetah Marine will be exhibiting three catamarans throughout the three day event starting on the Tuesday 14th June.
Wetwheels Hamble: Pontoon VA33
Following the success of Geoff Holt’s original Wetwheels in 2011, the Wetwheels concept of getting everyone regardless of ability out on the water has become huge. The latest Wetwheels, based at the Royal Southern Yacht Club in Hamble features twin 250hp Suzuki engines and is built with a specialised helm enabling wheelchair users to take control of the vessel.

Last Dollar: Pontoon VA32
The 9m x 3.6m is set up for charter angling and is powered by twin Honda 135hp outboards. The wheelhouse is equipped with a galley and a comprehensive Simrad package.
Containerised Catamaran: Pontoon VB22 exhibited by Proteum Ltd
The first of Cheetahs new concept 9.2 – 11.2m series which is now configurable for worldwide transportation by 40ft container is being exhibited by diesel outboard developers Proteum. The design is ideal for rapid response operations including Search & Rescue, hydrographic survey, patrol & enforcement and oil spill response.
